You’ll do short, structured exercises based in psychology and neuroscience that help you: name what’s actually draining you, track your burnout patterns, understand your stress responses, and build a recovery plan that fits real life. It’s not just reading. It’s prompts, check-ins, nervous system resets, boundary and workload renegotiation work, “what I need” pages, and a practical plan for what to do when you feel yourself sliding again.
There’s no finish line. You can move through it in focused sessions over a week, or use it slowly over many weeks or months. It’s designed so you can pick it up based on where you are that day, do a couple of pages, and still feel like you made progress. We recommend using it consistently in small doses instead of trying to power through.
