    One of the highlights of the retreat was the variety of practices and experiences offered. From active meditations to intention setting and sound healing, each session took me on a journey of personal evolution. The optional voyages to temples and waterfalls added an extra touch of adventure.

    The accommodations at Vikasa were comfortable and attuned with nature, and the yoga pavilions were stunning. The on-site Life Cafe served delicious and healthy meals with a wide range of options to cater to different dietary needs.

    The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect 5-star rating is that some additional spa services and excursions required extra charges, which I wasn't aware of beforehand - but paid for and had an amazing experience! The overall value for the price was still excellent.

    This retreat combines the best of both worlds: ancient meditation practices and modern comforts. Led by the amazing teacher Alex, we delved deep into mindfulness and self-discovery while surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded women.

    Now, let's talk about the silence. From the moment we arrived, we handed in our phones and disconnected from the outside world. Can you imagine the bliss? It allowed us to truly focus on our inner journey without any distractions.

    Every morning, we started with a gentle yoga practice in the breathtaking ocean view yoga salas. It was the perfect way to greet the day and set the tone for self-reflection. In the afternoons, we had engaging philosophy talks that took our awareness to new heights.

    Although the retreat was a little more expensive than some others, it was definitely worth it. The accommodation in the Grand Deluxe Pool Villa was simply luxurious, set amidst beautiful gardens. The daily exercise and movement classes were invigorating, with up to 3 classes available each day. And the well-equipped fitness center, beach gym, yoga studio, and yoga shala were accessible throughout the stay.

    You may pay a little extra but you also get a personalized program crafted by a dedicated wellness consultant. This custom experience took into consideration my preferences and desired outcomes. The three wellness cuisine meals per day were delicious and nourishing, supporting my overall well-being.

    The retreat also offered additional perks like airport transfers, complimentary laundry service, and integrated health diagnostics. The daily treatments were a real treat, with options like foot reflexology, aromatherapy massage, and traditional Thai massage.

    Overall, this retreat is the perfect getaway to reconnect with yourself. It was a transformative experience that left me feeling more centered and mentally strong. If you're looking to pamper yourself and find inner peace, this retreat is definitely worth considering.

    This is a truly peaceful refuge from the stress and hustle and bustle of modern life. You’ll start your days with a healthy morning drink before diving into the invigorating morning yoga class.

    What makes this retreat special is the unique design of the hotel and its proximity to the cultural highlights of Chiang Mai. You’ll get the chance to explore the historic streets, temples, and Thapae Gate added an extra layer of charm to the experience.

    A heads up that this is a vegan retreat that offers plant-based meals (meat eaters beware!)
