How to Use the "Why Me" Manifesting Method

Do you have a tendency to fall into despair whenever something bad or challenging happens in life?

The “Why Me?” method might be the answer to shifting the way you perceive these challenges to strengthen your awareness and better your overall quality of life. Let’s get into what it is and how it works.

What is the “Why Me” Method?

The “Why Me” manifesting method is a powerful law of attraction technique that can help you to attract more positive outcomes into your life.

You use the Why Me method when you’re faced with a significant challenge or obstacle. Simply put, you ask “Why Me?” when something bad happens, which will open you up to become reflective on why something has happened to you. By asking this question you can open yourself up to answering some hard truths.

This method is based on the law of attraction which simply states that our thoughts shape our reality. By focusing on positive thoughts, beliefs and outcomes, we attract them into our lives.

Does the Why Me Method Work?

There’s a little science to explain why this method works. The Why Me method activates the brain’s reticular activating system (RAS). The RAS is a network of neurons in the brainstem that helps us to filter out all of the information bombarding us on a daily basis. It essentially helps you to focus on what matters.

When we ask “Why Me” we are telling the RAS to start paying attention to solutions rather than the problem. The subconscious mind will then start to focus on creating a positive outcome instead of dwelling on what has happened.

It will also help you to shift your mindset from one of victimhood to one of strength and empowerment. When you make this change your attitude toward challenges will shift and you’ll feel more compelled to find creative solutions to your problems.

How to Use the Why Me Method:

    Step 1: Identify the problem

You might have just been hit with a problem or there’s something that has been challenging you for a while. Step one is to identify a specific challenge or obstacle that you are currently facing.

    Step 2: Reflect

Now that you’ve identified the problem, reflect on why it’s happening. Is it within your control? What lessons could you possibly learn from this situation? Instead of seeing it as a burden, could you find some ways that this experience will help you become a better person?

    Step 3: Ask the question

Take some time to be alone and ask yourself the question, "Why me?". During this practice allow yourself to be open to any answers or insights that come to you.

    Step 4: Answer the Question

Don’t just ask the question once, really get into the nitty gritty of the problem. You will begin to notice more answers coming to you. You may notice as the answers come that your perspective or attitude toward the challenge shifts.

    Step 5: Take Action

You’ve probably learnt something new from this practice and now based on these insights you have the power to make some changes. It may mean shifting behavioral patterns, seeking out new opportunities or simply approaching the situation with a more positive attitude.

    Final Thoughts:

The “Why Me” manifesting method is a great too to use for anyone who tends to dwell on the negative aspects of life. By combining spirituality and neuroscience you can shift your mindset and approach any challenges coming your way in a more productive way. When you become more self aware and learn to think positively you will begin to attract more positive outcomes in your life.

Remember, it takes a while of practice to get this right - a bit of persistence goes a long way!
