    What is the 777 Manifestation Method?

    The 777 manifestation method is a journaling technique that uses the law of attraction to manifest your desires. The practice involves the use of affirmations that are practiced 7 times in the morning and 7 times at night for 7 consecutive days. The use of the numerical angel number 777 is of spiritual importance here as it represents spiritual awakening, wisdom and good fortune. Coupling this number with powerful intention, visualisation and affirmations can help to strengthen your manifestation.

    777 Method & The Law of Attraction

    The law of attraction is one of the 12 Universal Laws and is the basic principle that “like attracts like”. It’s the idea that you attract whatever you focus your energy on. We’re all using the law of attraction all of the time.

    What people don't realise, is that it doesn't necessarily work positively for everyone.

    If you're someone with a negative mindset for example, then you focus on negative outcomes and therefore attract more negative experiences. This is important to identify because manifesting with the law of attraction requires deeply ingrained positive belief. If you think "this will never happen"; it probably won't.

    In order to positively manifest your desires with the law of attraction you first have to shift your mindset. 

    777 Method & Working on Your Thoughts

    In order to manifest positive experiences with the law of attraction you need to truly match the emotional frequency of your desires.

    This means you might need to do a little bit of work on your subconscious mind. What are the thoughts that continuously pop up in your head?

    Do you believe you’ll get what you desire when you practice the 777 method? Most of us struggle with self-doubt, limiting beliefs and negative assumptions. These belief systems are all stored in the subconscious mind without us even realising. 

    We think around 90% of the same subconscious thoughts everyday; this is known as our subconscious programming. It's essentially the human version of autopilot where our brain confirms the same information to us over and over again.

    So, if you’re generally an anxious, fearful or negative person, the subconscious mind will continue to create experiences that induce anxiety, fear and negativity. There are many modalities that can be used to work on your negative programming including breathwork, shadow work, affirmations and meditation.

    Once you feel as though you've worked through any negative subconscious programming, you're ready to use the 777 method.

    How to Use the 777 Manifestation Method

    1. Choose Your Desire

    It’s important to first get clear on what it is you want. Clarity on your decision will help you to send new information to the brain. It’s important to not only decide what you want, but to visualise and go into detail in your mind as you envision it:

    • What is it that you truly desire?
    • Why do you want this?
    • What are the steps you would take to receive your desire? 
    • Who are you once you have this desire?
    • What do you look like?
    • How do you feel?
    • How have you changed once you have received this desire?

    While choosing your desire try to emotionally connect with your manifestation. Visualization coupled with a heightened emotional frequency signals to the brain that you already have something. Remember, like attracts like and you manifest what you focus on, so feeling as if it’s already true will help to attract your desire. 

    2. Figure Out your Affirmation

    Now that you’re clear on what it is that you want, you’re ready to figure out your affirmation. You’ll want this to be around a sentence or two; nothing too long. Stick to one desire and make sure that you write positively and in the present tense. For example; “I’m so excited to have a new love interest in my life”. Once you’ve figured out your affirmation you’re ready to start your 777 manifestation method practice.

    3. Write it Down for 7 Days 

    It’s now time to start your 777 method manifestation practice. Write your affirmation down 7 times every morning and every night for 7 consecutive days. If you miss a day, you’ll have to start again. 

    Take a moment before writing your affirmations to centre and calm yourself. Take 3 deep breaths and try to become present as you practice this journaling technique. 

    As you write the words onto the page, focus all of your thoughts and energy on your desire. Try not to get distracted by anyone or anything. As you write the words down take yourself back to your visualisation. Connect your emotions to the words as you write them down. 

    Helpful Tips

    1. Try to write your affirmations at the same time every day and night, this will help to create a habit so that you remember to stay consistent with it
    2. The best time to write your manifestations down in the morning is just as you wake up. When you first wake up your subconscious mind hasn’t had time to remind you of all the stresses and worries of your day. Writing down your affirmations when you're still in somewhat of a dreamlike state will help you to absorb new information much easier. 

    4. Let Go & Believe

    Once you've completed your 7 days of practice it’s time to let go. Don’t sit around thinking about “why it hasn’t come yet”.

    Doing this is actually counterintuitive, as it sends signals to the brain that you “lack” your desire. This can block your manifestation, as lack will attract more lack. If your desire crosses your mind try to reconnect to the feeling of possessing it in the present.

    Maintaining this emotion for the days or weeks to come will help to draw this experience to you. Be patient, your manifestation may take some time to arrive. 

    Final Thoughts

    When used correctly the 777 method for manifestation can be a powerful technique. Though you'll hear that manifestation is "easy" it can actually take some time and practice to master. Working on any limiting belief systems or assumptions is the first step.
