Step 1 Write Your Shifting Script
Take some time to think about what it is you want to manifest. When choosing your desired reality think about it in very specific detail; you can ask yourself questions like:
- What is my desired reality?
- What do I look like when I’ve manifested this reality?
- Who have I become?
- What am I doing?
- What does it feel like?
- Who is around me?
- What does my life look like?
The more detail and thought that you put into your shifting script, the more you’ll be able to visualise and manifest this reality. Once you've answered these questions and worked out the details, write down exactly what it is you desire. For example: I am living in my own incredible studio apartment in the city, I am independent, I love my job and I'm thriving.
Step 2 Place the Script Under Your Pillow
This step is super simple; just place your written script under your pillow.
Step 3 Visualise & Feel Your Desired Reality
Now that you’ve chosen your desired reality and placed your script underneath your pillow, it’s time to visualise your manifestation. Get into bed and take some deep breaths to relax. Before you go to sleep, use your imagination to visualise your desired reality.
Picture your desired reality in as much detail as you can. Remember you’re using the law of attraction so you need to truly believe and feel that this manifestation is real. For example; visualise your new apartment in the city, see the room, the furniture, who’s there with you, what are you doing, how do you feel?
Experience this visualisation as if it has already come true. This will elicit a powerful response from the body as you match your emotional frequency to that of your desire.
Step 4 Sleep
If you get distracted while trying to visualise your desired reality, that’s okay. You'll probably veer in and out of this thought. When you realise that you’ve become distracted, turn your thoughts back to your visualisation. It’s important that this is the last thought that you have before falling asleep.
